Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
After booking, you may receive an appointment confirmation and reminder by text message, email, or phone.
Please make sure your contact information is accurate when scheduling your appointment.
Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment even if a reminder is not received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged a no-show fee.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client's appointment.
If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply.
Deposits
Certain services, longer appointments, packages, or high-demand appointment times may require a deposit to secure your booking.
When a deposit is required, the amount will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
Deposits may be applied toward the final cost of your service. Deposits associated with late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.
Appointment Changes
If you would like to add, remove, or change services, please contact us before your appointment whenever possible.
Additional services are subject to availability and may require additional appointment time.
Health & Skin Considerations
Please inform your specialist before your appointment about allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy, or other information that could affect the suitability of your selected treatment.
Some services may need to be modified, postponed, or declined when necessary for client safety.
